Return Policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer  returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. 

You can return your product for store credit , a different product, or a refund 


Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • "Final sale" (non-returnable, non-exchangeable)  items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must  be returned in original packaging with all the documents included( receipt and transfer form)
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
  • We do not accept returns on Gift cards

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
  • In our Contact us page  use your name and  email and in the message area please write your order ID and tell us if you what to return or exchange the product.
  • Tell us where is the problem , maybe we can help you . 
  • If we agree to accept your return or exchange,  send all items back to us using the label provided

We will refund you as long as we receive  the product back to our company

  • Customers will have to pay shipping fees  for return or exchange
  • Customers can  choose shipping method , Standard mail or Express courier
  • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


How you handle lost or damaged returns

  • Contact information for your business if the customer has more questions
  • We refund lost or damaged returns only if we have proof or shipping like tracking number . 



Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
